The hotel was surrounded by beautiful gardens and the central building was stunning with its modern architecture. It was a great location for a relaxing Christmas getaway. The staff were polite and friendly. The dinner served on Christmas day was delicious and we enjoyed the live music.
The service at the restaurant was slow and the staff did not seem to be attentive enough. Even though the food was good, the long wait made it less enjoyable.

The staff at the restaurant could improve their service time as our dinner took longer than expected. the radiator in our room had a design flaw and it was not possible to regulate the temperature individually.
